Order changes or cancellations can be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Contact us at Support@casabellaclosets.com or call 747-388-3828 as soon as possible. Once an order has been picked up by the carrier, we're unable to make changes.

Yes. All payments are processed through GoDaddy Payments, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.

Shipping is free on every order to the contiguous United States — no minimum order required. Expedited 2-day and overnight options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Do you ship outside the contiguous US?

At this time we ship exclusively within the contiguous United States. We're working on expanding to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada — stay tuned for updates.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Use the tracking number on the carrier's website to follow your shipment in real time.

What if my package is lost in transit?

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation. If the package is confirmed lost, we'll ship a replacement at no charge.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unassembled items in their original packaging. We cover return shipping — there's no cost to you. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

Can I exchange a product for a different size or finish?

Yes. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange. If the replacement item costs more, we'll charge the difference; if it costs less, we'll issue a refund.

Can I return an item I've already assembled?

Unfortunately, assembled or installed items cannot be returned. If you're experiencing an issue with an assembled product, contact us — we may be able to send replacement parts at no charge.

What if something arrives damaged?

Email us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement component at no charge — no questions asked.

Do I need special tools to assemble?

No special tools required. Our Click-Connect™ system needs only a standard Phillips screwdriver. A rubber mallet, level, and tape measure are helpful but not essential.

Yes — wall anchors are required for safe installation. All necessary anchors and screws for both stud and drywall-only installations are included in every kit.

Yes. Shelves rest on removable shelf pins and can be repositioned at any time without tools. Simply lift the shelf, move the pins to new holes, and reset.
